1983, the Housing Counseling program has provided home and tenant
counseling for hundreds of families each year.
Our experienced Housing Counselors have multilingual capabilities
to provide high-quality, culturally competent services.
The goal of the program is to encourage and assist participants to
become homeowners and to enhance their home management skills.

Housing
Counselors hold group and individual sessions which focus on housing
consumer education, first time homebuyer issues, home maintenance, and
landlord-tenant relations. Assistance
in identifying legal and financial services is also provided. The ability to translate across language and cultural barriers enables our Housing Counselors to build bridges of understanding between the families searching for homes and the institutions essential to their successful home purchase. |
