SCOH Staff
The IFSI SCOH program is led jointly by the Director of Children and Youth Services and the Director of Quality Assurance. It is staffed by over 50 qualified professionals: referral coordinators, intake and assessment workers, supervisors, case managers, a quality assurance team, and support personnel. All are dedicated to providing culturally competent and linguistically appropriate services. As a collective the staff has the capability to interpret and translate in over twenty languages. They possess the special expertise and understanding necessary to effectively serve diverse populations with varied and complex needs.
SCOH Quality Assurance
IFSI’s innovative and comprehensive Quality Assurance Unit (QA) and computerized Management Information System (MIS) ensure that the SCOH program and staff comply with DHS performance standards and regulations.
IFSI staff members are available to serve their SCOH clients, 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the IFSI client hotline at (215) 368-1298.
