Cassandra Rogers, LCSW

Director of Family Empowerment and Education Initiatives

Cassandra is the Director of Family Empowerment and Education Initiatives. The goal of both the Family Empowerment Services (FSS) and Healthy Start programs is to ensure the preventative safety of families with young children. Healthy Start program works with pregnant women and new mothers while Enhancing Parenting Skills Program empowers all participants to become better parents. Cassandra specializes in Perinatal Depression, PTSD and MDD. She, along with her team, remains ceaseless in supporting our at-risk mothers and parents.

Prior to joining Intercultural, Cassandra was a clinical practitioner with over ten years of services to individuals, groups and families. Cassandra has extensive training in Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Therapy working with various populations.

Cassandra is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She earned a Master of Social Work degree from Widener University, and a Bachelors of Social Work degree from West Chester University.
