Human Resources Manager

Mashira is the Human Resources Manager. She leads our talent acquisition and personnel administration team. Mashira is very proactive at qualifying the right talent, working with all employees to improve workplace environment and leads our HR team towards sustained rigor in improving our policies and procedures, benefits administration, performance management, new employee onboarding and code of conduct compliance.

Prior to joining Intercultural, Mashira worked as a marketing officer at Joyous Homecare. She also contributed her HR and business skills to the DCIU Head Start and Philadelphia University Graduate Student Association.

Mashira earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Philadelphia University.
