Natopha Forbes, LCSW

Director of Intensive Home & School Based Services

Natopha is the Director of Intensive Home and School Based Services which includes Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) and Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMH). Natopha joined the Intercultural team in September 2011 as an Outpatient Therapist. Her hard work, commitment to our patients, and passion to achieve the best outcomes have earned the respect of patients, families, school leaders and staff. She quickly took on more and more responsibilities culminating in her current leadership role. With her at the helm, the important services that her dedicated team delivers continue to receive many accolades and support.

Prior to joining Intercultural, Natopha has held positions of accountability at Aldersgate Youth Service, as well as at many Behavioral Health and Child Welfare agencies in the City of Philadelphia.

Natopha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).   She earned a Master of Social Work degree from Temple University, and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Cabrini College.
